GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Last updated: 17 May 2026
Welcome. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("the Terms") govern the relationship between our company ("we", "us", "our") and any person who makes a purchase on our website ("you", "the customer"). They set out the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the sale of our cosmetic products. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By confirming a purchase, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation.
ARTICLE 1 — THE SELLER
Our website is published and operated by our company, which acts as the seller of the products offered on the site.
All correspondence relating to your order, a complaint or the exercise of your rights may be sent to our customer service team by email. Our team does its best to reply to you as quickly as possible.
ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms apply to all sales of products concluded through our website with any customer acting as a consumer. They prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing in advance.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time it is confirmed. No subsequent change can affect an order that has already been confirmed.
ARTICLE 3 — OUR PRODUCTS
We develop and market cosmetic products intended for external use. Our products are not medicines, have no therapeutic purpose, and are in no case a substitute for medical advice or for treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.
The results described on the website correspond to cosmetic effects that have been observed and may vary from person to person depending on skin type, habits and how the product is used. Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for guidance only and have no strict contractual value; the shades and colours shown may differ slightly from reality depending on your screen's calibration.
All our products comply with the applicable cosmetics regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009). The full ingredient list (INCI) is available on each product page.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
The ordering process comprises the following steps: selection of the product(s), review of the basket summary, entry of delivery and billing details, choice of payment method, and then final confirmation of the order.
Confirmation of your order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms as well as of the prices and descriptions of the products ordered. The sale is only considered final once an order confirmation, summarising its contents, has been sent to the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on legitimate grounds, in particular in the event of unavailability of the product, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a dispute relating to payment of a previous order. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded in full as quickly as possible.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling, including tax (incl. VAT). They do not include any delivery charges, which are shown before the final confirmation of the order. The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time your order is confirmed.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is made through the secure payment methods offered on the website. All transactions are processed through a secure payment platform; at no point do your bank details pass through, or get stored in plain text by, us.
By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are fully entitled to use the payment method used and that the information you have provided is correct and complete. Any charges applied by your bank (fees, currency-conversion costs) are borne by you and cannot be charged to us.
ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY
We ship only within the United Kingdom. Premium delivery is free on all orders of £35 or more.
Orders are prepared with the utmost care and sent with a tracking number, provided by email at no extra cost. The indicative delivery time is usually between 5 and 9 working days from confirmation of the order.
Delivery times are indicative only. A late delivery does not give the right to cancel the order or to compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure. If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with consumer law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision by email to our customer service team before the deadline expires. The products must be returned to us in new condition, unused and in their original packaging. Refund of the amount paid is made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the products, or from the date you provide proof that they have been sent.
ARTICLE 8 — COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE "SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK WITHIN 60 DAYS"
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal set out in Article 7, and because we are convinced of the quality of our products, we offer you an extended commercial "satisfied or your money back" guarantee lasting 60 days.
If, for any reason, the product does not suit you, you may contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Any product returned within this period, in new condition and in its original packaging, entitles you to a full refund of the price paid. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the statutory guarantees and in no way limits them.
ARTICLE 9 — STATUTORY GUARANTEES
Irrespective of the commercial guarantee mentioned in Article 8, all our products are covered by the statutory rights applicable to consumer sales, which give you the right to repair, replacement or refund of a product that does not conform to the contract.
To exercise this right, you may contact our customer service team.
ARTICLE 10 — USE OF THE WEBSITE
You undertake to use the website in a fair and lawful manner. The following are, in particular, prohibited, without this list being exhaustive: any unlawful or fraudulent activity; the transmission of harmful, offensive, defamatory or misleading content; any infringement of intellectual property rights; any attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to disrupt their operation; the collection or extraction of other users' personal data; the distribution of malicious software. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of your access to the website, without prejudice to any legal action.
ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements that make up the website — in particular text, visual material, photographs, graphics, logos, trade marks, brand identities and product descriptions — are the exclusive property of our company or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means, without our prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
ARTICLE 12 — LIABILITY
As our products are cosmetic, the results obtained may vary from person to person and with use. We cannot be held liable in the event of use that does not comply with the stated instructions, or of an individual reaction linked to a particular sensitivity.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the order concerned. This provision is not intended to exclude our liability in the event of personal injury or gross negligence, in accordance with mandatory legal provisions.
ARTICLE 13 — FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in particular: natural disasters, fire, government decisions, industrial disputes, supply interruptions, carrier failures or delays, or extraordinary health situations.
ARTICLE 14 — PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. The full terms are described in our Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 15 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we ask you to contact us first, through our customer service team, in order to seek an amicable solution.
If no amicable solution is reached, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
ARTICLE 16 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy available on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and your purchases. Should any provision be held invalid, the remaining provisions retain their full validity.
