What's the best way to apply it?

SPF 50 offers high daily protection against UVB rays — the ones that mark the skin over time. It filters around 98% of UVB rays, which makes it genuine protection for everyday life: walking, running errands, the office, the light coming through your windows.
Like any foundation, it fades over the course of the day. For prolonged sun exposure — at the beach or in the mountains — add a dedicated sunscreen on top.
